Family owned and operated the City of Fun has always prided itself in providing clean Family entertainment for the communities it has served. Founded by Lou and Lois Melendez the Carnival has grown by leaps and bounds and now on any given day you will find the entire family out operating the show. Brad Melendez is the president with Pam Zoeller serving as the General manager and Teresa Bissegger working as a concessionaire. Working as a successful family unit strengthens their resolve to provide clean family entertainment.
